    Basic Total Body 7 Exercise 50 Rep Workout Routine

    Perform the following exercises as quickly as possible while taking as little breaks as possible for 50 reps each before moving on to the next exercise. Any exercise that may be split between right and left halves of the body must be done 50 reps per side.

    1. Squats
    2. Lunges (50 per leg, 100 total while alternating)
    3. Deadlifts (Single leg if performed without weight. Do 50 per side)
    4. Full Sit Up
    5. Push Ups
    6. Bent over rows
    7. Shoulder press

    Workout can be done with body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, or a slam ball.
