Here’s a look at what I do at the gym!💦
A few things🤓:
My routine is always changing. I’m at a phase in my fitness journey where I allow myself to be flexible and switch up exercises often. I want to push myself to try new things and get outside of the usual exercises that people tell women they should do *rolls eyes*
My current fitness goals are to keep building strength and maintain my physique but I welcome any and all gains👀🍑 lol
Please note: I’m not a trained professional so everything I know about fitness is from seeking out the knowledge out of my own curiosity and desire to learn!😊
