Donkey Kicks – 30 reps each leg x 3 sets
Leg Kick Backs – 30 reps each leg x 3 sets
Fire Hydrants – 30 reps each leg x 3 sets
Hip Thrusts – 30 x 3 sets
Jump Squats – 12 reps x 3 sets
Lunges – 12 reps each leg x 3 sets
Leg Raises – 30 reps
Scissors Kicks – 30reps
Toe taps – 30 reps
Crunches – 30 reps
Shoulder Side Laterals – 12 reps x 3 sets
Bicep Curls – 12 reps x 3 sets
Tricep Overhead Extensions – 12 x 3 sets
