    Here are the Weight training Concepts which ive explained in Hindi in this Fitness Video:-
    1.Eccentric muscle action:-This is a type of muscle activation that increases tension on a muscle as it lengthens. Eccentric contractions typically occur when a muscle opposes a stronger force, which causes the muscle to lengthen as it contracts. It is sometimes called a braking contraction, negative work, or negatives
    2.Concentric Muscle action:-Contractions that permit the muscle to shorten are referred to as concentric contractions. An example of a concentric contraction in the raising of a weight during a bicep curl
    3.Drop Set:-Drop sets are essentially a technique where you perform an exercise and then drop (reduce) the weight and continue for more reps until you reach failure
    4.Super Set:-A superset is when one set of an exercise is performed directly after a set of a different exercise without rest between them
    5.Rep Max(RM):-One-repetition maximum (one rep maximum or 1RM) in weight training is the maximum amount of force that can be generated in one maximal contraction
    6.Personal Record(PR)
    7.Compound Exercises:-Exercises that involve more than one muscle group.For example, a bench press is a multijoint exercise because both the shoulder and elbow joints are working to execute the movement.
    8.Isolation Exercises:-Take the biceps curl for example. While we think that this most basic isolation movement only works the biceps, many muscles in your hands, forearms, shoulders, core and back also play a role. With that being said, isolation movements, more than compound exercises, place an emphasis on a single muscle.
