FULL QUAD & HAMSTRING WORKOUT:
1) Leg press, started with 3warm up sets of 5-6reps
4 Working sets – 8,8,8reps (coming close to failure each set) last set reduced weight to complete 15reps
2) Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 4sets 12reps 4second tempo on the way down
3)Seated Leg curl: 4sets 12reps with x2 dropset
4)Standing leg curl: 3sets 15reps each leg
5)Smith machine lunge: 4sets 10reps each leg tensing the quad at the top of each rep for 1sec or so
