    What’s up What’s up! Today we’re doing a big ol life / fat loss update to explain where I’ve been this past week and why summer sculpt took a brief pause. I was feeling pretty down about it last week, but life happens and we’re moving full steam ahead!! I’ll also be taking you through my favorite upper body workout + explaining what I eat for fat loss before and after my workout. I hope you find this helpful!
