Fire booty workout 🔥🔥🔥
Today, perfectly for a Monday, we will train our favourite booty. 6 exercises which will literally set the glutes on fire. Of course we will use the irreplaceable training bands, in this case the one with the highest resistance – 10-12 kg. We make the mandatory 50 reps.
