    Here’s day 4 of the gym workout routine series. When planning your workout routines make sure you incorporate some of these shoulder exercises to help plan your gym schedule. This fourth gym training session is focusing on smashing some shoulders.

    I’m going to show you how to train your shoulder muscles using some basic pieces of equipment that every gym has available. Also, I’ll be pointing out some additional machines you can utilize if someone is on the recommended machine in the video. Either way, you’re going to benefit from this gym workout routine so don’t worry. Also remember, these are also great for gym workout for beginners.

    The first exercise for the shoulder workout routine is going to be the barbell shoulder press which is the king of all shoulder exercises. The barbell press is a great compound exercise for hitting the shoulders and building some muscle. With good form, this exercise help you pack on some muscle and really build strength and well developed shoulders. I always make sure this exercise is included in my gym workout plan when training shoulders.

    One important training tip that I want you to keep in mind is when you are setting up for the barbell press, make sure that you brace your abs and flex your glutes when pressing the bar overhead as demonstrated in the video. This tip will help give you a solid foundation and stronger base to push from.

    Before starting your workout, make sure that you perform some warm up sets according to your fitness level. Knockout some light shoulder stretches and movement patterns. After you perform four sets of 8 to 12 reps on the barbell presses then you’re ready to move on to Arnold dumbbell presses and continue the routine as demonstrated in the video.
