20 Seconds Jumping Lunges
10 Seconds Rest
20 Seconds Toes to Bar
10 Seconds Rest
20 Seconds Burpee Box Jumps
10 Seconds Rest
20 Seconds Ab Roller
10 Seconds Rest
20 Seconds Bicep Curls
10 Seconds Rest
20 Seconds Hand Release Push Ups
10 Seconds Rest
Cycle through the above twice for one set – rest two minutes then repeat again until three sets have been completed.
