Last week I attended the Miami Pro World Championships as a spectator. It’s always strange watching all of the incredible athletes take to the stage and me not being one of them but it was great to see my good friend Kate Michalkova compete again, catch up with lots of other friends, and to say hello to my AMAZING sponsors SHOW TAN.
Watching a show always gives me itchy feet to get back up on that stage but I wanted to take some time out this year to build some size in my legs and I was never going to do that if I was always in a calorie deficit BUT never say never, who knows what might happen later in the year!
