My Gym Routine for Legs and Butt: Updated! I realised that one of my most popular videos is my gym routine video and it’s nearly 2 years old, things have changed so here is a step by step video of what I do in the Gym to lift and tone my butt and legs!
OPEN ME FOR MY LEGS & BUTT PLAN:
1 – Legs & Butt Gym Routine:
2 – 30sec KettleBell Swings & 30sec Bodyweight Squats repeat x8.
3 – Sumo Squats 12 – 15 reps (3 – 4 Sets)
4 – Closed Squats 12 – 15 reps (3 -4 Sets)
5 – Overhead Walking Lunges 12 steps each leg (3 – 4 Sets)
6 – Side Lunges 10 steps each leg ( 3 – 4 Sets)
7 – Bridge Raises 12 – 15 reps ( 3 – 4 Sets)
8 – Single Leg Bridge Raises 12 – 15 reps (3 – 4 Sets)
9 – Stiff Leg Deadlifts 10 – 12 reps (3 – 4 Sets)
10 – Pistol Squats 12 – 15 reps (3 – 4 Sets)
Note* 30 second rest between each Set, aim for 3 sets first and progress to 4.
