    My workout routine is finally here. It’s a combination of my arms and abs workout. I will be leaving the set below. FYI my reps are shorter cuz I’m aiming to build more strength, but if you are into endurance you can certainly up the numbers. Comment below what you think 🙂

    ARMS
    1. Incline Bench Press 3×6
    2. Standing Military Press 3×6
    3. Side Lateral Raise 3×8
    4. Bent Over Flys 3×8

    ABS
    1. Sit ups (3×15)
    2. Ab roller ( 3x 45 sec) 15 sec rest
    3. Side Plans ( 3×45 sec) 15 sec rest
