    Hey Tiffsters!
    This video pretty much sums up my morning workout routine! I love working out in the mornings and this is what my fitness routine is like. I had to bring my sister on over to talk about our favorite diet tips and tricks, plus how we stay motivated to workout and stay fit!

    P.S. Initially I wasn’t going to make this video because I’m definitely not at the peak of my « fit game » or whatever you want to call it. But, so many of you have asked me to make this video so I thought, why not? Technically, I did lose 10 pounds over the last year and a half so I guess that makes me somewhat knowledgeable of how to lose Freshman 15 you gained LOL. Again, I’m not a nutritionist, dietician, or personal trainer but I really wanted everyone to know the things I’ve learned. If you do any of these workouts let me know!
