    Nic Gill has been head of Rugby Strength and Conditioning for the All Blacks since 2008. One of the premier Rugby Fitness Coaches in the world he has been part of the first Rugby team to successfully defend the World Cup in two consecutive tournaments.

    On field Rugby performance is massively influenced by your strength and conditioning levels. Unlike soccer it is difficult for a smaller, weaker, slower player to ever get an advantage on a superior athlete whatever skills levels they may possess.

    Rugby Fitness Training is a challenging endeavour because of the various demands rugby places on your fitness. Rugby Players need to be fast, agile as well as strong. Rugby also demands aerobic fitness and is one of the few sports where the biggest players must do the most running.
