Professional UK Boxer Sprios Demetriou smashes the assault course at Mikes Gym in Malaga

Description
Spiros Demetriou (SD) is a professional light heavyweight boxer in the UK. Butterfly Boxing is a proud sponsor of SD and took a trip to Malaga to visit him whilst he trained with his coach and essex fight academy at Mike’s Gym before his next fight on 4th June 2016.
We were up with SD every day at 06:30am to film him training till the last session at night which usually ended around 9:30pm. Training involved pad work, bag work, sparring, assault courses and fitness workouts with Mike the owner of the training camp.
