This video covers the ‘Extra’ workouts involved in the 2017 Summer Slam Challenge. Quick overview of the ‘Tres Hundo’, ‘Operation 10-1-5’ and ‘Row the Minefield’.
There are some sound ‘ISSUES’ with this video that I have remediated by making it all a bit ‘louder’…but that means the bits that were ‘normal’ are now REALLY loud. Apologies for this but really no idea what has gone wrong since the camera/microphone was in a tripod and I basically wasn’t moving around!
