B A C K R O U T I N E

1, Scapular Retraction: 12reps,
2, Negative Pullups: 5 – 8reps,
3, Reverse Cable Cross Over: 12 – 15reps,
4, Facepull: 12 – 15reps,
5, Single Arm Row: 12 – 15reps,
6, Bent Over Row: 10 – 12reps,
7, Upright Row: 10 – 12reps,
8, BB Deadlift: 10 – 12reps.

Complete the reps, rest for 30 seconds and repeat for 3 Sets in total. If you are unable to reach the rep range your weight is too heavy, if you can do more then your weight it’s too light.
