Nick Triligi explains the proper way to train through injuries to avoid further damage.

THE BODYBUILDING COACH – is a weekly digital series hosted by Nick Trigili that breaks down the biggest topics, training guides, nutrition tips, and realities behind supplements & drugs in bodybuilding. Based off of a perfect balance of research and personal experience, Nick will go in-depth about how the new era of bodybuilding works with tried, true, and valuable information that is rarely discussed elsewhere. New episodes air every Wednesday.

The unfortunate risk of pushing your body through its limits in bodybuilding and weightlifting is the risk of injury. This can largely be avoided by taking the proper precautions and form during exercise – but accidents happen especially when your goal is to bust through boundaries and showcase an awe inspiring physique.

So if an injury happens – how do you proceed forward? Does it take you out of the gym completely? Is your physique ruined? This of course comes down to the nature of the injury and where it is. But there are also some general tips that are important to keep in mind. Because if you are a serious athlete – you will need to find a way to continue training. Perhaps not the injured body part, but certainly the rest. It’s important to make sure that while doing this you don’t further injure the current issue.

That’s why Nick Trigili is breaking down the most important tips and tricks to keep in mind – guidelines if you will – for when you are injured but need to try your best to keep the training going and the physique improving. Check it out in this week’s episode of The Bodybuilding Coach above!
