    The critical and UNIQUE TRAINING that helped me SUCCESSFULLY PREPARE for the Texas Water Safari – is here and ready for you. Be on the cutting edge!
    We will conduct kettle bell/dumb bell, bodyweight, bootcamp and functional fitness style workouts on the shore of the lake, then use stand up paddling or swimming as intervals interspersed inside the workout.
    It is an amazing twist on the fitness you already possess and will challenge your muscles and cardio conditioning while spending time in the sun, breathing that fresh Oak Mountain State Park air having FUN! An incredible workout away from the gym. We will provide everything you need…all you have to do is take the plunge!

    We will offer two styles of the class;
    – Swimming workouts (short sprint style distances – *We will provide the required flotation safety items. All you need is water appropriate fitness clothing and an old pair of running shoes – goggles if you want)
    – Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boarding (we will provide the boards/paddles/life vest all you need is exercise appropriate shoes/sandals and be willing to fall in).
    Don’t forget to bring your desire to work hard and have fun!

    Tuesday – SUP at 6:30pm
    Saturday – SUP at 7am / Swim at 8:30am
    Sunday – Swim at 4pm / SUP at 5:30pm

    *DON’T KNOW HOW TO PADDLE BOARD but want to learn!? Stand Up Paddle Board private and small group lessons are available and encouraged by appointment.

    *Classes are reserved by contacting us in advance on a first come first serve basis to get your name on the list and then bringing cash to the class time or up to CrossFit Riverchase in advance (we are currently working on a digital schedule system). There will be 12 weeks this season and advanced reservations are beginning..dont miss out!!

    Individual class= $15
    *Multiple class punch cards and full season passes are available at discounted rates. Call to inquire.

    *SUP workouts are limited to 4 participants per class
    *Swim workouts are limited to 10 participants
    **Normal swim skills are sufficient along with a basic understanding of exercise
