The High Intensity No Stress Workout:
Warm Up:
· Jogging on the spot
· x10 Jumping Jacks
Work out (repeat sets as desired):
· One leg deadlifts x10 each side
· x10 push ups
· x10 jumping lunges each side
· Plank for 30 seconds
· X10 elbow to knee each side
Cool down:
· Chest stretch
· Tricep stretch
· Quad stretch
