WORKING SETS
3 SETS OF:
INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS 10-12 REPS
INCLINE DUMBBELL FLYES 10-12 REPS
DUMBBELL FRONT RAISE ( HOLDING FROM THE SIDES OF THE DUMBBELL FOCUSING UPPER CHEST ) 10-12 REPS
FOR THE LAST SET ADD
HEX PRESS GO FOR 8-12 REPS
INCREASE WEIGHT IF NEEDED FOR SETS.

SEATED CHEST PRESS ( ANY MACHINE WORKS)
3 SETS
PERFORM 10 REPS THEN PAUSE FOR 10 SECONDS THEN SHOOT FOT ANOTHER 10 REPS ( USE A WEIGHT THATS MANAGEABLE, FOR THE SECOND ROUND OF 10 REPS YOU SHOULD BE FIGHTING AT 5-7 REPS USE A SPOTTER TO FINISH THE REPS. IF YOU DONT HAVE A SPOTTER THEN FAIL THE SET. THEN WAIT A FEW SECONDS TO PERFORM THE REMAINING REPS.
