Workout:
-Workout consists of 8 exercises of your choice, today I did one set of 4 exercises which targeted my glutes and inner thighs and 4 which worked my abs!
-Repeat the first set of 4 exercises as many times as you can for 7 min
-Without a break, repeat the second set of 4 exercises as many times as you can for another 7 minutes
-Allow yourself a two minute break, then repeat the entire workout
-This is circuit training, total time is 30 minutes – great to add to a cardio session
1st set: (abs)
-Straight leg jack knife with 10 lb weight (15 reps)
-Russian Twist with 10 lb weight (20 each side)
-Hold forearm plank for 1 min
-Straight leg sit ups (30 reps)
2nd set: (legs + glutes)
-Lateral lunge (12 each leg)
-Wide leg squat (24 reps) + pulse for extra challenge
-Lunges with 10 lb weight (12 each side) + pulse
-Table top series – 12 reps of each exercise shown ALL ON ONE LEG, then switch sides
