    Key points:

    1) Training consistency is the most important if you want to see actual improvements and results.
    2) Progression in workout difficult is necessary otherwise you will plateau.
    3) Focus on good from, quality of movement, and concentration with muscle mind connection.

    Action steps:

    1) Select a weight training routine that is at your level.
    2) Once you become comfortable using those weight training exercises move to the next level of difficulty.
    3) If the workouts become too easy I would encourage you to add weight, reduce rest, instead of adding more exercises / time to your workouts.
