How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

In the first picture I was 155 lb and 16% body fat. In the second picture I was 135 lb and around 12% body fat. In the last picture I was 151 lb at 10% body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

My first couple cuts were about 2.5-3 months. Bulks were 5-6 months. For all my cuts I would lose around 20-25 lb and same for my bulks–I would gain 20-25 lb.

However, my last cut was much longer because I felt as if I put on a lot of solid muscle and I wanted to cut down into the single digit body fat range. Once I reached single digit body fat I switched my goal to gain more muscle while staying at a reasonable body fat percentage.

I also reverse-dieted every time. However, the first couple times weren’t that easy–I messed up because I wasn’t too meticulous in my calorie tracking.

I started off benching 95 lb and my one rep max got up to 260 lb when I weighed 163 lb.

I started squatting the bar (45 lb). This lift was the hardest in terms of increasing weight. I was playing a lot of sports and would be on my feet a lot, so I wasn’t able to increase my weight on this as much as I could on other lifts. My one rep max is 255 lb at 163 lb.

The deadlift is my strongest lift. I started deadlifting 135 lb and got up to a one rep max of 365 lb at 175 lb body weight.

What workout split from the book did you use?

    The 5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I didn’t try any other programs before this one. I looked at a lot of programs, though, and found your website which had an abundance of information and was unlike any other website.

It was useful, practical information that you could apply right away. Because of this I bought Bigger Leaner Stronger.

What do you like most about the program?

The program outlines everything. It’s super easy to get started and not complicated at all.

It was unlike other programs out there, most of which use a lot of useless tactics like drop sets and super sets. These programs seemed super hard to follow.

With Bigger Leaner Stronger, however, results were fast and better than expected!

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Haven’t tried any other programs. This was my first.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

As my body changed I gained confidence slowly but surely. This confidence allowed me to do/pursue things that I wouldn’t have otherwise tried before such as joining the wrestling team.

All areas of my life have improved. Lifting and “dieting” requires discipline and hard work. This carried over to my school and work life. It taught me that if you want something you have to work hard for it.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I have already recommended it to dozens of people. Why wouldn’t I? It changed my life! I’m not exaggerating either, it’s the truth!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Just stay consistent! The results will come but you have to give it time and you have to work hard for them!

Some people don’t want to hear that consistency is the key to success. Most people don’t want to go to the gym and “diet” day in and day out. On top of that, they want results instantly! Well, that’s not reality or how things work.

Consistency is the deciding factor as to whether you achieve your goals or not. There are no short cuts, you have to hammer at your craft day in and day out to reach that next level.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

I’m broke so no, haha. But they seem like legit supplements!
