This workout is number 4 of my Step Across America series. They are great step workouts that anyone can do. I will be releasing them over the next couple of years as we film in all 50 States!
Description: Begin with a super fun marching warm-up to get your heart pumping with optional power bursts, and toning for the glutes and quads. At 10:07 grab your step bench for two fun step sections where Jenny will introduce more fun and creative foot and arm patterns. A quick cool down and stretch is included in the end.
