    We love creating fun and do-able dance fitness choreography that will help you have fun while you workout. This week we are featuring a 3 minute ballet inspired workout that will work your legs, core and shoulders with optional hand weights.

    This video includes a ballet 101 tutorial so you can master the moves in this series. No ballet experience needed and this workout is good for all levels. The routine is set to the song « Summer Nights » by Tiesto ft John Legend. Let the music help get you through the workout – working out is always more fun with great music.
