    Barre Fusion is and intense cardio workout done at the ballet barre formatted to be a heart pumping good time that will help you take your fitness to the next level. This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe. We will begin with a 40 minute barre portion that focuses on toning the arms and sculpting long lean legs. Next, we will move to the mat to challenge our core in a way that only traditional Pilates mat work can do. We will wrap up our workout with a flowing yoga sequence to further challenge our bodies while stretching and lengthening our muscles. Don’t worry, no prior dance experience is required for this workout! Just grab your equipment, be prepared to sweat, and get ready for a great time!

    My passion for fitness started in college where I went on to finish my Bachelors in Sport Management from Texas A&M University and my Masters in Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of North Texas. My thirst for knowledge did not stop there. I have also acquired numerous certifications, including Power Pilates Mat, Balanced Body Reformer Level 1,2, and 3, Apparatus Level 1,2, & 3, Booty Barre, Zumba, QiFORZE, QiDANCE, Piloxing, AFAA Primary Group Exercise, and ACE Personal Training. After college, I spent time leading the group exercise programs at both the Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center and Florida State University. I currently enjoy teaching Pilates and Barre classes at ToddPilates Fitness in Austin, Texas.

    It is my goal to make every class an experience my participants look forward to each and every week! You should always finish class feeling more fabulous than when you walked in!
