    This one is for all of the Barre & Pilates fans out there! I combined both forms of exercise into one fantastic 15 minute workout! We’ll alternate between standing Barre exercises and Pilates Mat exercises…you’ll be sure to feel the burn in all the right places! Let’s do this!
