In this workout we go through three boxing combinations:
1: right hand, lead hook, right hand, slip right, uppercut to the body
2. jab, cross, lead hook, step and pivot with a slip, then right hand, lead hook
3. jab, cross, step off to the right, double jab, right hand lead hook
All combos can work for southpaw in reverse.
