    Description

    Siblings fight but we sometimes do chill and cool stuff together! Fun and choreographed partner workout using fitness, dance and Pilates moves. Do 2-3 sets of this for cardio and strength training if your fitness level permits. You can also modify it to fit your level.

    Every body is different, so don’t force yourself to do it if you don’t feel well. Always assess your health conditions and seek doctor’s advice if you have any medical issues, before starting any exercise plan.
