    Level: Basic-Intermdeiate

    Description: Dance with me in this Latin/International style aerobic fitness workout filled with 6 individually choreographed songs with unique styles, flavors, and rhythms. Warm-up with fun heart-pumping moves and a standing toning section targeting the abdominals and lower body. Next, do a fun Reggaeton song followed by a super Salsa, then on to a hip shaking Cumbia. Finally rock it out with with a Club Groove before you cool down and stretch. Time will fly by with and this workout will soon become one of your favorites.
