We like getting creative with our workouts, and these simple tweaks can really add energy as well as a higher fitness intensity to workouts that get mundane. Don’t have drumsticks?? Use your imagination…wooden spoons, kitchen spatulas, or even tinker toys can serve as a substitute. Or simply make your own! OR don’t use sticks at all….it’s still a great cardio workout without them! PLEASE NOTE: we use the KIDZ BOP version of this song because it’s cleaner than the original version!
