Alright everyone!!! ADULT BEGINNING HIP HOP/CARDIO IS NOW AT A NEW LOCATION AND TIME!!!!!!
The class is now being held ***EVERY SATURDAY*** at:
THE GLOBAL EDUCATION CENTER Studio at Casa Azafran

The class starts at 1:30 pm, and we dance until 3:00!!!!
Class begins with a stretch and muscle warmup, we learn choreography, and dance and sweat for the rest of the class!!!! Anyone ages 18 and older, and any skill level are welcome in a fun, non judgmental, supportive environment!
CLASSES ARE ONLY $8!!!!!!!
