Each week a diverse group of individuals meet for a cardio hip hop class at 24 Hour Fitness in Southlake, Texas led by Tamara Jenkins @sbtamara. Like society we represent all races, ages, creeds, colors, religions, political affiliations and sexual orientations. We dance, sweat and laugh side by side with love and mutual respect for one another.
