    A unique fat burning cardio workout system combining dance and martial arts using Rumble Sticks performed to pulsating African-Brazilian beats. This workout was originally created and developed by Cheryl Lynn Jones in Phoenix, Az and is the original stix training system. Cheryl is Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instruction and owner One Body One Mind Fitness Studio. Cheryl taught the Rhythm Rumble Workout for years at Glendale Community College as well as local and national conference workshops.
