I told the people that take my gym class to put on my facebook songs that pump them up regradless of it being a 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, disco, spanish, etc etc. But for them to think outside the box. And every week I would pick from a hat a song & choreograph a hip hop routine to that song. I got many requests. I told them I would do Stayin Alive by the Bee Gees to prove we could do it to any song. I also downloaded the hip hop versions of this song. It was a hit & now the next one that was chosen from the hat was Scream by Usher. Stay tuned for that one. Enjoy! 🙂
