The RollerSizeR started as a INDOOR Abdominal and Posture tool for older ladies in a golf and tennis community. It was then brought outdoors to Strollercize classes in NYC. It stayed there for three plus years and was added to Strollercize’s Certification programs. It is now being used Indoor and Outdoor by Certified Instructors that are creating their own classes with The RollerSIzeR.
