    30 Minute Full Body Partner Workout 🔥Burn 460 Calories! 🔥

    Grab your partner and get ready to burn over 460 calories together in my first ever PARTNER 30 Minute HIIT Total Body Workout! In this workout, you and your partner will push each other until the end to finish with a final partner burnout together. Have fun with this one!
    There is no equipment required for this workout, and I will be taking you and your partner through supersets to target different areas of the body during each circuit.

    I am going to get your heart rate up and it is going to stay up long after we are done from the after-burn effect to make sure you are a fat burning machine for the rest of the day!

    I will lead you and your partner through four 5-minute circuits and a final partner burnout. The styles of circuit are: AMRAP, TABATA, AND HIGH INTENSITY INTERVALS. I only get 30 minutes of your time and I promise I am going to push you (and your partner!) to give me all you’ve got in that 30 minutes!

    Exercise List:

    CIRCUIT 1 WORK AND WAIT AMRAP
    Partner 1 performs 10 reps of their exercise while Partner 2 holds their position. When Partner 1 is done with their reps, partners switch and continue this for 5 minutes.
    1. Partner 1: 10 Squats
    2. Partner 2: V-Hold

    CIRCUIT 2 WORK AND WAIT AMRAP
    Partner 1 performs 10 reps of their exercise while Partner 2 holds their position. When Partner 1 is done with their reps, partners switch and continue this for 5 minutes.
    1. Partner 1: 10 Plank Push Ups
    2. Plank Hold

    CIRCUIT 3 TABATA
    20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest switching exercises each round. Both partners will perform the same exercise at the same time.
    1. Lunges
    2. Toe Touches

    CIRCUIT 4 TABATA
    20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest switching exercises each round. Both partners will start at different exercises and continue to switch each time.
    1. Partner 1: Pushup with partner leg tap at the top
    2. Partner 2: Sit Ups

    CIRCUIT 5 INTERVAL WORK
    30 seconds of work with no rest switching from Jackknives to Plank High Fives every 30 seconds.
    1. Jackknives
    2. Plank High Fives

    PARTNER BURNOUT
    For the last 2:30 in this workout, partner 1 will do 2 burpees while partner 2 holds a squat, then switch and repeat until time expires.
    Partner 1: 2 Burpees
    Partner 2: Squat Hold
