**Get in shape with these exercises**
WARM UP
hyper back extension
1.EXERCISE SUPER SET
dead lift +pull ups 4 X 10-15
2.EXERCISE
close grip mechine rows 4 X 10-15
3. EXERCISE SUPER SET
cable lat pull down single hand 4 X 10-15
+
cable lat pull extension
4. EXERCISE
dumble rows single hand 4 X 10-15
Make sure to increase weight every set and 1 mint rest between the two sets.
