    These are some of my favorite booty workouts that I do at the gym. While I use weight on all of them, you do not have to and whatever weight you do decide to use just make sure it feels right and makes sense given your fitness goals. Weight training is one of my favorite things to do and, yes, booty days are obviously the BEST days! 😛

    First Circuit:
    1. Cable Kick Backs
    2. Single-Leg Cable Deadlifts
    3. Conventional Deadlifts
    4. Weighted Jump Squats
    REPEAT 3X

    Second Circuit (Superset):
    1. Single-Leg Leg Press
    2. Reverse Curtsy Lunges
    REPEAT 4X
