    WORKOUT:

    -Neutral Grip Dumbbell OHP 3 sets x 15 reps
    -One Arm Lat Pulldown 3 sets x 15 reps
    Do one set after the other. Take a 30-60 sec rest. Repeat!

    -Flat Dumbbell Press: 2 sets x 15 reps
    -Dumbbell Bent Over Row: 2 sets x 15 reps
    -Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 2 sets x 15 reps
    Do one set after the other. Take a 30-60 sec rest. Repeat!

    -Dumbbell French Press: 2 sets x 10 reps
    -Single Arm Cable Extension: 2 sets x 10 reps
    Do one set after the other. Take a 30-60 sec rest. Repeat!

    Kneeled Cable Bicep Curl: 3 sets x 10 reps
    Cable Drag Curl: 3 sets x 10 reps
    Do one set after the other. Take a 30-60 sec rest. Repeat!
