    After my pregnancy I’d gained a lot of weight and I couldn’t go to the gym because I had a baby. So here’s a few helpful and effective exercises that you can try at home.
    It’ll help you tone up and lose a lot of lower tummy fat as well as your muscles.
    The best part about these exercises is that it can be done anywhere at your home and whenever you want and you need no equipment for this workout.
    Do this for 30-40mins daily and you’ll see a difference.
    So, when you realise you’ve been missing your routine at the gym thanks to the busy schedule, these exercises will surely get you going.
