This masked luchador incorporates a workout style to compliment his in-ring abilities. And it sure pays off, for their are few high-fliers that have the physical strength of Sin Cara.
Another great Celtic Warrior Workout, I thought I had this fella beat in the first round but he bounced back and beat me down with exercises like Burpees and Toes To Bar… Well, it is his workout after all. Brave Change.
Sin Cara Workout:
ROUND ONE : 5 Sets
– Bench Press: 10 Reps
– Dumbbell Flyes: 10 Reps
– Push-Ups: 10 Reps
ROUND TWO: 6 Sets
– Calorie Rows & Burpees : 12 -2 Reps
ROUND THREE: 3 Sets x 10 Reps
– Lunges
– Toes To Bar
– Wall Balls
