    Hope you all enjoy this video, JUST IN TIME FOR THE SUMMER! This routine is a GREAT way to get an effective burn without a gym membership OR trainer. Be sure to go at your own pace.. but challenge yourself the ENTIRE way through!
    The magic number to complete this routine is 3! 3 times for each circuit, completing every exercise for 30-45 secs each. Feel free to search each exercise via google for in depth illustrations as needed. Remember, you don’t have to be great to start, but you MUST start in order to be GREAT!
