    Part one of my new two part weight training for fat loss video series. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I alternate between whole body push and pull routines. This session was a pull day so lats, rear delts, traps, biceps, hamstrings and lower back were hit. I do 2 sets of 10 reps at light and moderate weights as warm-up before each exercise then on to 3 working sets of 10 reps with a fixed poundage. Only the last two reps of the final set should be hard work. 45 seconds rest only between sets. So it’s cumulative fatigue to burn lots of cals and stimulate rather than annihilate is the mantra as frequency is every 4-5 days. On three of my off days I do a core routine to try and tighten up the midsection and 15 mins (currently) fast paced on the cross-trainer to burn extra cals and get at least a little fitness in.
