Tabata workouts are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated for eight exercises to create a 4 minute circuit. Each circuit ends with a 1 minute rest. This total body workout includes: push ups, sit ups, pull ups, lunges, cardio, core, curls. and much more. If you only do one program, this one is it.
