    What’s going on guys! In today’s video, I’m going to be giving you a full leg workout you can do using only dumbbells that will hit all your leg muscles. This will target your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves for a full workout with nothing more than a dumbbell and a bench/box for one of the exercises. If you don’t have a bench/box, you can use a couch or chair at your home to perform the movement.

    1️⃣ Dumbbell Goblet Squats
    12 Reps – 60 Second Rest – 4 Total Sets

    2️⃣ Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts
    12 Reps – 60 Second Rest – 4 Total Sets

    3️⃣ Bulgarian Split Squat
    12 Reps Each Leg – 60 Second Rest – 4 Total Sets

    4️⃣ Walking Dumbbell Lunges
    12 Reps Each Leg – 60 Second Rest – 4 Total Sets

    5️⃣ Standing Elevated Calf Raise
    15 Reps – 45 Second Rest – 4 Total Sets
