Complete the following 5 times though:
Minute 1 – 35 seconds Row / 25 seconds rest
Minute 2 – 35 seconds 24kg Kettlebell Swings / 25 seconds rest
Minute 3 – 35 seconds 30kg Ball Slams / 25 seconds rest
Minute 4 – 35 seconds Box Jumps /25 seconds rest
Minute 5 – 35 seconds Leg Raises / 25 seconds rest
Minute 6 – 35 seconds Abdominal Rollers / 25 seconds rest
