Give this intense 10 minute full body dumbbell workout a try! You hit every single muscle group hard and only dumbbells are needed. Since it’s dumbbell only, you can do this right from home, at the gym, or literally anywhere you have access to a pair of dumbbells. The intervals are set up as 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, then onto the next superset for a total of 10 minutes. A timer is run throughout the video so you can follow along! Get after it with this total body workout, no limits!!
