She has the best wardrobe and she never fails to flaunt her bewitching smile every time she is spotted outside her gym. The actress, who made her Bollywood debut in ‘Dhadak’, is seen as a promising newcomer in Bollywood and she will next feature in the IAF officer Gunjan Saxena’s biopic.

    Celebrities spend a lot of time sweating it out in the gym. After all, you need to work harder and longer to maintain the body which everybody admires. Newbie actress Janhvi Kapoor, who made her debut with Dhadak, understands this too well. While it is good that the actress is spending a lot of time in the gym, it seems like her addiction to workout has gone a bit too far.

    Janhvi recently shared on her Instagram account a screen grab of Boney Kapoor teasing her about her addiction to working out at the gym and shared a study related to the same. To this, Janhvi replied with a facepalm emoji.

    We all know Janhvi Kapoor is a pro at keeping fit. Even before she actually started her Bollywood career, she was noticed by the paparazzi out and about going to the gym. She also started training under popular celebrity trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala. There are a lot of videos on social media where she can be seen practising swift moves and intense push-ups, giving us total goals!     Even if the news of her gym addiction didn’t come to light, it is no secret that Jahnvi is one to never skip the gym, no matter what. She works out regularly and practices cardio and weightlifting. Even on her off days, she keeps herself busy by jogging or swimming at home. She also tried her hands at functional training, which helps her perfect her dance routines as well. In a video which was later deleted from Instagram, Janhvi was seen doing a quick 5-minute workout to get six-pack abs.
    As her trainer herself said, Janhvi actually has exceptional energy and whenever she comes to the gym, it is almost hard not to get caught by her fitness bug.
